About: John Dardenne started stand-up at 18 in Louisiana before going to film school at USC in Hollywood and studying sketch and improv with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. John’s written jokes for The Wanda Sykes Show on FOX, contributed material to The Tonight Show, and been featured on CNN and He’s acted in Nintendo and Comcast commercials and he wrote the kids political talk-show “Fresh Perspectives,” starring new SNL comedian Beck Bennett. John used to host a stand-up show called Nice Show! every 1st and 3rd Tuesday at The Matrix Theatre in Los Angeles.
